Since I am Nerd with Heels (and although my name

can be simply used as a moniker), I shall be listing 

the top shoes that have be frequented of 2012! These

shoes will forever be a classic since they tend to always

flatter women and various outfits here is the list...

The Two Strap Stiletto Heels

Became wildly popular on the catwalk between mid 90's - 2008

Resurfacing again in 2012

Start of this trend: Fashion Designers, Models, Bloggers

They were always in, but were overshadowed by the ultimate

platform heels of 2010-now

The Pointed Toe Pumps

Christian Louboutin again starts a trend with these classics

Related to the two strap stilettos, the pointed toe pumps are also 

a trend that became and practically started in the late 90's into 2004.

The revamped version today are more physique and roomier in

around the front of the arch bone.

PARKCHOONMOO Fall/Winter 2012 Collection

Born in Kimje, South Korea, Choonmoo Park

is a woman who knows and understands the style mixed

with contemporary art undeniably.  Designs filled with intricate 

detailing and mesmerizing fabrics, this collection for Fall 2012 is

no surprise of its beauty.  

The collection is filled with avant garde supremacy with colors

such as winter white (For those wondering it is not white, but 

a slightly darker or creamier version of white), taupe, and onyx

black.  Although the colors are very minimal, do not be fooled 

to think that it is just that, quite the opposite when you witness

the movement of each piece and notice the different textured 

fabrics.  To pair furs with silks, or satin with chiffons, the eyes

always tend to be drawn to each dramatic appearance

Christian Louboutin's Cinderella Shoes

I would not be true to my name if I did not love shoes,

and one news today caught my eye since I both love

fairy tales and Christian Louboutin. So when I woke

up this morning and witnessed the news of Christian

Louboutin's version of the ever famous Cinderella 

Shoes, I was so impressed and floored by the beauty

of these new shoes!  

They were created to celebrate the upcoming Cinderella

diamond edition Blue Ray DVD.  The release of the

the famous red soles were set in Paris equipped with

sketches and photos of Cinderella herself. Christian

Louboutin was quoted to have said of the Disney 

princess, "Her character and her story dictated the

design to me, it was all there in the pages and the words

of this tale."

Joseph Abboud Menswear RTW Fall/Winter 2012

Not only did I have the pleasure of reading Joseph Abboud's book

titled "Threads: My Life Behind The Seams in the High-Stakes

World of Fashion", I am ecstatic to see Joseph Abbound return
to the runway!  Specializing in menswear the designs for this
collection are absolutely supurb, ranging from light to slate greys,
maroon, plaids, navy blues, and winter whites each design is
dedicated to the everyday chic man.  Each design practically
covers almost any occasion one could ever think of, ranging
from casual to formal, this Fall season men can celebrate
with complete and ultimate style.
